		<description>My oldest could vote in this election, too, though I think she proves that there should be a &quot;test&quot; you pass to be allowed to vote.  Since she is attending an out-of-state college she had to vote by absentee ballot (which Mom graciously provided for her).  When asked if she had returned her ballot she informed me  that she had taken it to a local voting precinct and dropped it off.  Don&#039;t exactly know how GA was supposed to tabulate a CA ballot...And this child is on scholarship, too!  Guess she&#039;s what my family always called &quot;book smart with no common sense!&quot;</description>
