We live in Northern Illinois so I was quite surprised to read your favorite orchard is in Poplar Grove. Every year the kids and I go with grandma to Royal Oaks Orchard in Hebron, Illinois. The kids love picking the apples and the apple cider donuts! Just found your site through HomeBasedMom so I’ll be sure to keep checking back. It lets us extend our Michigan summer (or at least pretend) for one more day. It's been too rainy so far, but this next weekend looks like it might be my time!
