So sorry to hear about all your bad news. You are right though about putting it all in perspective. Having work to miss is definitely a good thing. Our new year is off to a good start. I got a new car on Saturday and the kids went back to school and the hubby went back to work so my life is back to normal. Looking forward to lunch with a friend on Thursday, scrapbooking on Friday, Monster jam with the family this Saturday, and Bride Wars on Sunday with a bunch of girl friends and their daughters. My oldest, "college-aged" child is quitting the school she was attending and moving back home... My middle child got tossed off a horse on 1-2-09 and broke her left arm about 2 inches above her elbow... My youngest isn't doing anything too major but has a Dr. appointment on Friday... So, I get to miss 2 1/2 days of work on our first week back. The good news is: I still have a job, my husband still has a job, it's only a broken arm, and hopefully the oldest will pull her 'stuff' together and get a life plan going on here. Things will get better!
