I don't know if he's heavy or not, but when my husband looses weight he snores WAY less. Unfortunately, he's a little on the heavy side right now (and so am I :o) so it's a little hard to sleep lately. We've tried mouth guards, nose surgery, everything! Someone recently suggested a "white noise" machine to me. I'm thinking about trying it.
Good luck!

Glad to see Jake go! On the husband... mine had snoring/sleep issues too. He wouldn't believe he stopped breathing during the night. It took 2 years of nagging, calling to up his life insurance and the death of football player Reggie White (age 43) to convince him to talk to his doctor and get a sleep study. The sleep study proved he stopped breathing a ridiculous number of times a night. He now wears a CPAP mask at night, sleeps better and is becoming healthier each day. Much to my relief.

Remember it's his choice...check it out or possibly die in his sleep too young, but you can bug the hell out of him to get it looked at. Or... get more insurance.
