Super moist and yummy. They are a perfect way to end a nice meal. The icing will leave you wondering what's in it, but it's not a weird wondering, more of a delightful wondering. They called it 'snow showers' and it didn't stick anywhere but, nonetheless, it was snow. :( Not sure if your mom got it up there, too, but I'm betting it's as cold where she is as where I am!
