I really like most music – I used to say I didn’t like Rap and now my nieces and nephews have me listening to Eminem (really effective when I am in a bad mood!) My husband likes both kinds of music – Country & Western – so I have seen Martina McBride, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood (she was really good!) Miranda Lambert, Willie Nelson and probably some others I don’t remember. I have three artists on my bucket list – Tom Petty, Rolling Stones and Pink. I think I will go online and look for a concert now!

Hmmmm…George Strait…right up there with Kenny Rogers for me…YUCK! LOL Thankfully neither was playing in Nashville on the several occasions we were there together. Love you!!

I can’t believe that Martina McBride opened for anybody. She was so awesome in Nashville and brought the house down. Remember when Keith Urban was playing his guitar and looking right at ME from on stage?? That wath the betht night ever! LOL!

Hmmm—probably anyone that my husband would do a PBP “nice” and take me to! Check out “Hot Grease and Zydeco” on the same list as “The Breath You Take.” Can’t resist something that sounds like rockabilly, even from a country crooner. Probably the last “best” concert I attended would be Tom Petty several years back in ATL. My middle daughter and I were both big fans BUT we had a big sectional cross country meet the next morning (she as runner and me as coach), so we reserved a hotel room located between the concert and meet to grab a few hours of sleep. Great memories!

Was it just me, or were the ads not as entertaining as in previous years? And did I miss the dogs barking the “Star Wars” theme, or was that an online only advertisement? Have to admit, once I had seen an ad we switched over to the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet. Anyone else do likewise?

It’s not just the it’s/its, but the punctuation within the sentence, “Nothing has changed except the name, all functionality has remained the same.” Either separate this into two complete sentences or substitute a semi-colon for the comma. SpellCheck is not a substitute for basic skills.

Let me just say- some of the teachers are the worst! I know that you’re not on facebook, but, I cringe when I see my children’s teachers post and there are errors. I’ve seen more misuse of the word you’re (your), too (to) and their (there) then I ever care to!! I want to comment and correct them but my husband tells me that I have to wait until the kids are out of their classroom! I guess I’m just fussy like that.

My favorite is the Great Wall of Chocolate at PF Changs – and it only has 2,240 calories! It is really truly death by chocolate! Where were you at Tony Roma’s? I think I ate there in Dallas many years ago!
